Bumps keep forming in and around my ears.

So, I am only 19 years old and I keep getting these bumps that come and go either behind my ear or in my ear (not in the canal) and some are painful, others aren't and it's been worrying me since I only recently acquired this problem. My jaw has also gone stiff a couple times in the last year and I've had sections of my taste buds swelling up which is also quite painful, and it's really starting to worry me. I've tried looking up what it might be, but all I've found out is that it could be swollen lymph nodes, but I just don't know. I mean I also would really like to know how I could've possibly gotten this problem and how to treat it and maybe a more likely cause for the bumps. Anyways, I would really appreciate it if someone told me what was going on and why and yea...
