I just wanted to post this for anyone else having these bumps on legs, calf, shin, thighs, etc. They are a very small ball type that seems they may be pimples, you can push them out, or use a fingernail to pop them out. I've already seen a dermatologist regarding these things and basically I call them "dry skin bumps". They are a build up of dry skin in your pores, and it seems like a pimple because of what comes out, but they are not. I hope this helps someone out, again, I'm not a doctor. But, I have had a doctor tell me what these are. There us a prescription cream that will clear them up, normal lotion will not cut it in this case.

Could you tell me what type of prescription cream that is used to clear up these "dry skin bumps?"  I never heard of dry skin flakes in the pores, but I know oils and such can plug up skin pores.  I would think that keep the skin hydrated would help prevent these, but I am curious to know how the prescription cream works, whether it additionally hydrates or it helps clear up the red bumps by targeting the inflammation.  If you could feel me in, that would be great!  Other people on the forum have skin problems from time to time, and it is nice to be able to help them out by extending extra knowledge to them.  :)

I would have to ask the doctor for the prescription name. I can't even remember the name of what the condition is call, I do remember it was very long and hard to pronounce, a friend of mine had the exact same thing diagnosed. Let me research a bit and I will definitely try to give as much information I can.
