Well I have a bump on my pubic hair it's red and it has a lump under it.It also has puss coming out often i dont know wat to do i had it for about week.

It sounds like razor burn too me ive had it and thats exactly how mine looked stop shaving for about a week and see if it goes away also try a new razor usually the raxzor burn comes from a dull razor if its not gone by in like a week than id see a doctor.
