I have these bumps/rash on my penis head and i don't know wht they are. I couldn't open my foreskin and it became really tight to the point where the foreskin would expand with urine stuck in it. Hence i began to stretch the foreskin, a couple of weeks ago i managed to open it but now i have noticed these bumps on my penis hed. They don't itch at all but they are really sensitive to the touch. I have noticed they are more prominent when my foreskin is over my penis head. Usually my peis head is really oily and i worried that my penis head might be infected with something because i couldn't retract or clean my penis head properly for 16 years.

Chris, look up "pearly penile papules." Google it. I believe that is what you are seeing from your description. They can be very sensitive.. It's common and not an infection of any kind. They usually start developing around 16 or so.
Your foreskin not pulling back earlier is also normal.
I have the rash on my penis, and it doesn't itch. What remedies can you recommend me?
