burning, itchy, spots on scrotum getting worried

Hi, I am 13 and I definitely am NOT sexually active. I have pink, itchy, and flaky spots on my scrotum. I just recently got then about a week ago. What are they?

if you live in a warm climate or have been sweating more than usual theres a good chance its just chafing (where two patches of skin rub together, and it disturbs the skins surface) I squat a lot at the gym so my legs are quite large. Where my legs meet my groin i get chafed in the summer if i wear shorts that are too tight because everything rubs together and gets sweaty. Just let it dry up and it heals itself.

etching,scrotum and testicles skin in one site  I got this  for the first time at My 38, yes it could be bacterias, or fungus. from athletes foot or who knows  per hops you are not eating right, But in My case I got it frome some ones mouth, I notice like very sweaty, spot and star etching, and smell, like unclean dirty prick, I did not pay  much attention I shower Apply  antibacterial creme, it  relive the etch and burning but I was curious and look I see like cluster of red bumps ,    I wash it up with soap and skin comes off, in hurts like crazy, it sucks I got some lanakain spray anti bacterial   I am going to try it, cuz the skin peal like a sour, I think I got some thing gross nice beautiful face but very dirty mouth,  lol Now  I am ruined for few days, can,t play, B  care full always take a shower  right ofter sex, to watch off any saliva or bacteria, you may have gated on your self,  no biting no scratching cuz  if the person have athletes foot any  where you  may  get it, IT is VERY contagious, you can get it just  by using the shower of infected guy, girl,  use anti fungal cream like lamicil, and keep the etching spot ventilated sweat and moist  can make it etch,  don't touch peoples foot,s or suck them, kiss them or stuff like that, you May get fungus in places you never, tog-ht you may, lol

hello to every one hope this help,  I did have that nasty aching. by the scrotum  with burning sensation  but I use  lanacane. to kill the bacteria and also use lamisil , cream for attlets foot  and shampoo for fungus,  and  the problem wen away,  but some people can be  allergic to Landry soap , so be sure you are rinsing your clothing good,  this Medications  a recommend are not difficult to find   very easy in stores like wall-greens,  or other drug stores hope this help you out, do not forget to check My music  just google  me oropeza elchuma,  god bless even the stars get sick  lol  hehehehehe 

well im 13 and my testies are like peeling and i can see my vains and its red when i touch it it kind of tickles but yet burns/stings what should i do im scared and i dont wanna die a vergin lol

OK guys , you should def go seek professional medical advice.... There is no substitute for that. However, if you are like me, I can't afford a doctor at the moment. 

I've got all the same symptoms... first small red dots appearing in clusters, itching, bleeding , etc.. I thought nothing of it until one day I saw blotches and a huge breakout on the head of my penis. "OMG, I'VE GOT AN STD!!!" - OR SO I THOUGHT!!! Started thinking back to all the stupid one night stands I'd had, questionable girls I'd ****ed, and idiotic, drunken times I hadn't practiced 'safe sex'  .... I ran to the clinic, had the full panel test including a blood test for Herpes 1&2. - All came back negative (thank God!!). 

The spots got worse ,though. Spreading into a huge rash on my inner thighs and anus. Stings, itches, just horrendous! Finally I spoke to my Dad (basically asking him for cash so I could go see a DR. ) - He didn't have any cash , but he did have pretty good advice. He'd had the same problem!! His was an allergic reaction to his clothes washing detergent! Now, before you say 'well I've always used the same detergent and never had a problem' , - same here! I'm 26 and this has only just become a problem.

I immediately bought all new pairs of boxers (and washed them before wearing, as I don't know how they are treated at the factory) , buy NON-FRAGERANCE , HYPO-ALLERGENIC detergent. Wash your bedsheets! WASH EVERYTHING..... MULTIPLE TIMES to get any residue out.

In the meantime, take aspirin (with anti-flammitory qualities) , take benadryl or other allergy tablets, and use hydrocortizone.

I'm still suffering, it has not gone away- but I am seeing drastic improvements everyday... It's only been just over a week.

They say everything happens for a reason: If there's one thing I've learned from this- ALWAYS PRACTICE SAFE SEX... it just ain't worth the risk and IT CAN happen to you!!! Wrap it up everytime.. no condom- no sex! ... Hopefully this is just an allergic reaction, and I've come out learning a valuable lesson ... the hard way!!

i am 14 i was worried at first but i got told but my doctor if this isn't the case i would get that checked out but try not to touch it. It may cause it to spread to other parts of your body. Also near your Genital hair where red sores will occur that is either a mozzy bite or ingrown hair which is perfectly normal

Although its not a cure... I have found a water-diluted solution of Mr. Clean immediately stops the itching.  Yes, I know its ironic, considering the name of this product... but it works... instantly.  I have a 50-50 mix in a spray bottle, and I mist a half-paper towel until damp, and then wipe it on the affected area... instant relief from the itching and no side affects seen.  I think it is indeed bacterial and I have heard some rumors that sweat... while under high-worrying/stress... can be a factor.  i don't think the laundry detergent thoughts can be ruled out, either.  Keep trying things... and read read read.  SOME things (such as IBS ABS, Krohns, etc).... the medical industry just doesn't have a friggin' clue whatsoever.

So what solution or treatment did the doctor give you

I need help please I used the restroom facilities at work and I have picked up an infection about a week ago its red pimples on either side of my scrotum it burns a lot pain is unberable I did go to the doctor 2 times now and I have taken injections, anti biotics, 5 different creams for the day and night but nothing seems to work please help me get rid of this a response will be highly appreciated.
