Hey! I'm 13 years old. And I weigh 139.5 pounds. And I don't know what to do. Except for exercise and eat better. But what else should I do? Everybody else is skinny,unlike me. What should I eat? To help me loose weight,except for fruit and vegetables.I don't know what to do. Please help me.
im 13 to and over weight and loosing it the best way is to cut down on meal sizes and eat slow and you will feel full more quick and snack less and on fruite and nuts it will help alot !
