It’s not theoretically impossible – all it takes is for one sperm to reach egg inside uterus, but reality is a little bit different from theory. Woman can’t get pregnant at all unless there is a fertile egg inside her uterus released during ovulation. Ovulation happens roughly in the middle between two periods and egg remains fertile for about a day. Even if all of this has happened and the woman is fertile, the sperm still has to reach inside uterus. It doesn’t seem to me that its very likely that some or any sperm from the hand could successfully reach the egg, but its not like there isn’t some remote chance.
