Periods can skip for no reason specially if you have been stressed, exercising heavily or dieting, the only thing you can do is just wait.

You would only get pregnant if sperm was present on his finger that he fingered you with if he had ejaculated before and had gotten it on his finger at you was actually in your fertile window at the time!
