hi. im 16 and i had sex with my boyfriend of not to long like a couple weeks ago. i had gotten off my period that morning. and when we were having sex i reached down and the condom wasnt on him anymore. infact it was still in me. like maybe half or a little less of it. (we stopped talking after that night by the way. he hasnt called me since). i should get my period next week sometime. but im really scared cause he came in the condom before it came off of him. and today i started to have some weird tightening feelings in my stomach like it will tighten but then ill be able to relax it. ive been working out in school lately like 50 crunches a day plus more ab workouts. i know thats not alot but i didnt used to work out at all. and i dont know if this feeling is from me working my abdomen or if its tightening because i could be pregnant. im really scared because there is noooo way i would be able to tell my gram. i live with her. my mom passed away two years ago and telling my dad just would not be good. my gram is against abortion very much so. but these feelings what do u think they are and do u think im pregnant?
The same thing happend to me, and I wasnt pregnant. the tightening can be from your workouts, dont stress about it, that can cause your period to delay just relax and it will come!

I am now 18 with two children that I love very much. I understand you women are going through a difficult time but I know lots of women who have children or had giving there children up for adoption. My friend the die hard Christian got pregnant and had chosen adoption. Stop thinking your parents will kill you because 99% chance they wont. As long as you have a plan that helps. Also, some women on hear say " ohh i cant be pregnant" well how about you dont have sex if your not willing to be a parent. Along with sex there is the chance of being pregnant so I personally suggest if pregnancy is the worse thing that could ever happen consider waiting until you are mature enough.
