hello guys i had both tubes removed a year ago. I am currently wanting another child. Is it possible to have a preganancy with no tubes?? Like how does the egg fertilize if it has no way to travel to the uterus?? somone plz explain to me im dying for another baby haha

I had an eptopic on dec 2021 and they removed my right tube , they told me my left is completely blocked and this morning I have a positive pregnancy test !! I’m booked in to the early pregnancy unit for a scan tomorrow but I’m around 4 weeks so I’m sure they won’t locate the pregnancy, your story gives me so much hope as I had ivf last November and it failed I never thought I’d see a positive ever again !! Fingers crossed for me xx
