Hey there,

So as many as I hard I was trying to lose my weight and stick to some diet program, it seems like mission impossible because I am one really lazy person, I admit. I would like to lose my weight by sitting and doing nothing, but I know that this is impossible. So, I am trying for easier way to do that.

I found a lot of pretty interesting facts about club soda and plenty of interesting comments as well. Club soda is something like pepsi, cola, sprite, or something like that? Tasty? Can I lose weight by using club soda? Is that so easy? I mean, I don’t need to exercise at all, just to drink club soda?

I am kind of confused about this, so I hope you can inform me.

I find some foods that I eat do no always come up, and so I don't know what the nutritional values are to what I'm eating. How do I find out the nutritional values?

Well, I must agree with you – you are pretty lazy :) You know that you can’t just sit and do nothing and think that you can lose your pounds, but you still don’t want to make sure that you will find a perfect way to lose your pounds. Silly, right?

Now, you have decided to try club soda, right? But you need to know that you can’t just drink club soda and expect to eat junk food and to lose weight. Yes, you can lose weight by using club soda, but this is not the most effective way.

I have tried it as well, ever since my sister mentioned that she is drinking club soda. Latter, I have heard that everyone around me talks discuss club soda, and I haven’t heard that someone was saying how cool it is.

I am skeptical about this, but your choice ;)

Whatever, that is your opinion about me! And I don’t want to use soda just because I don’t want to exercise or eat healthy. Don’t get me wrong, maybe I seem to you like someone who doesn’t want to exercise, who just want to sit and do nothing. That is ok.

Now, let’s go back to the topic. My neighbor Clara told me how she lost her pounds thanks to club soda that this is the best thing so far that she tried. It is not a miracle, but it is much easier to lose your pounds – she said.

I was wondering what you think.
