Sperm can not go thru clothes. If you had sex with your pants on, better known as 'dry humping', there is no chance for pregnancy.
For the future, may i suggest that you talk to gf about getting on some kind of birth control. You two may get carried away some day and then your going to have a problem. You are very young, i would hate to see you have a child going into kindergarten while your just graduating from high school.
