Hello I am a 35 year old woman. I was wondering if anyone knew of a doctor that is close to where I live which is in Detroit, Michigan that preforms tubal reversals. If anyone out there has any information please feel free to contact me either on here or at my e-mail address _[removed]_. Even if it is in another state that is close to Michigan.

Hi!

I just wanted to shed some light on all of the posts. I am a 30 year old mother of three children. My last child, a daughter, was born in April of 2006. At that point, during my c-section, I had my tubal. It has been the worst mistake of my life. I suffer each and every month from nausea, painful leg cramps, headaches, terrible cramps, breast tenderness, extreme fatigue, moodiness, and prolonged periods. Before my tubal, I was extremely regular, my period coming every thirty days. Now, it comes about every 25 days, sometimes twice in a month. The time of ovulation is painful and my PMS symptoms have increased ten fold. I began last August to chart my symptoms on a calendar and was shocked to see how much I was suffering. My quality of life has been cut in half. It has been fascinating to chart my symptoms though, because I feel as though it has empowered me a bit. Now I can follow the pattern. The disturbing part is that the symptoms are getting worse and I know that menopause won't come for about 25 years. My husband and I figured that it was about 300 months more of discomfort!

Hang in there and if you are having a lot of weird symptoms, chart them on a separate calendar. Try to find a pattern so that when you go to a doctor, maybe he can help you. I refuse to go on birth control (that's why I got the tubal) or depression medication. I thought I was pregnant all the time in the beginning, but I soon realized that this is just the new "normal". I would strongly advocate against a tubal at this point and believe that there should be more education about it from our doctors. My doctor said that all would be fine, but it certainly hasn't been. Check out the information about post tubal ligation syndrome. It has been extremely helpful. There are many women out there that are suffering unfortunately.

I am 30 yr old mother of 3 beautiful girls. Almost 5 yrs ago I had my tubes tied right after my c-section with my last baby girl. I have been regular all my life & it never changed after my tubes were tied. I am late for march which never happens. I took a test but came back negative. Wondering when is it time to see the doctor. Not too many symptoms only frequent urinating and my stomach feels different. Could it all be in my head?

i am a 34 year old female. had a tubal back in april of 1999. had the tubal done while i was already open from a c-section.

i always said i didn't want anymore kids. now my biological clock is ticking. i don't know if i am late. i don't pay much attention to that stuff since i am always somewhat irregular.

my new mister and i had sex for the first time 3 weeks ago. we are both clean so we didn't use a condom.

for the last 3 weeks i have been eating like crazy (i don't normally do this because of abdominal adhesions, eating made me sick to my stomach... i'm not really getting sick anymore). heartburn. and boy am i bloated. i am either bloated or have gained some weight in JUST my stomach area. i'd welcome a pregnancy. chances are it's just that time of the month.... but one can always wish!

I am a 38 year old mother of 3, single mother I might add. I have a 15, 4, and 2 year old. I had my tubal done in December of '07. However, here I am wondering if I am pregnant. I have taken 4 home tests and they have all been negative. I have been feeling fluttering and movement in my stomach area. I have steadily gained weight throughout this time. My legs are retaining fluid. All classic pregnancy symptoms for me. The problem is that I went back to the gynecologist that performed my tubal and delivered my last child and he performed a vaginal ultrasound that came back negative. I am set to have surgery on next Tuesday. What do I do if I get to the hospital and they perform a blood serum test and it's negative also? Do I just assume that I am crazy and imagining my symptoms or do I postpone the surgery for about 4-5 more months until I can confirm for myself? Confused, agitated and anxious.............what do I do?

I'm a 24 yr old mother of two kids 4 and 3 yrs old. I had a tubal ligation after my youngest was born back in 2005. After I had the procedure done my periods were very regular and they came the same time every month. My last period came a week early (last week). I checked to make sure I had added the days up right and I wasnt suppose to start until this week. I usually have bad cramping the first day of my period but last week it was the other way around, I didnt have any bad cramping until the last day of my period. This morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and I have a little spotting, I thought maybe I was just seeing things. But when I went back to the bathroom a few hours later I noticed I was still spotting a little. Does anyone know what this could be from?? Could this be a sign of pregnancy??

Ok I am about to be 23 years old, and have 3 little ones back to back to back. I had a tubal after my youngest one a little over a year ago, and now I am showing all the symptoms of being pregnant. My last two periods have been late, short, and extremely light. I am nauseous all day and night, I am having heart burn like crazy, my breast are getting bigger even though I'm losing weight from not being able to hold food down, I am extremely moody, from one end to the other; and I have that familiar pressure like feeling at the lower part of my stomach. I have take several pregnancy tests and all have shown up negative. Should I call the doctor?

I had a tubal 8 yrs ago but my last period was only a day and half. I usually go for about 4 days. Right after that I have been feeling sick. Nausea, headaches, cramping, lower back pain, dizziness, sore breast, etc. My period is due again about June 3. I guess I'll wait until then.

for the lady that just found out she was pregnant what were your symptoms and did you take a home test or go to the Dr. I had my period last month for just a day and a half maybe two days. It really goes for 4 days. And I am always on time. My period is not due until next week June 3. But ever since my period ended I have been feeling sick. All the symptoms mentioned.
