You need to give full details about exactly what happened in your own situation, including dates. Also include her menstrual cycle data (cycle length, LMP &c)

You need to get your facts straight sperm can live outside the body until the ejaculate that carry them outside the body dries out, so yes in extreme cases it would be possible for her to get pregnant from sperm on his finger when he fingered her!

It's remotely possible, but only very remotely possible. The woman would have to be just past ovulation, the sperm would have to be fresh and undamaged by anything else that might have been on his finger, and the finger would have to, to put it delicately, have gone far enough in. Not likely, but not impossible.
Exactly as I said in extreme cases it is possible for pregnancy to happen.

You can only get pregnant if live sperm enter your vagina at a fertile time. Sperm could be introduced by a finger, but only if there were live sperm on it.
