Hi all.
I'm 23 year old male and I've started losing my hair about a year ago. At first it started thinning and falling out from the top and front of my head. I was using some shampoo formulas against hair loss, but they didn't help. I started shaving my head completely, hoping that will help my hair grows stronger, and because I can't stand looking like an old man in my twenties.
I'd appreciate if you could recommend me some vitamins that I could use against further hair loss. Also, what should I use to help my hair re-grow? Thanks.
hey there. I am sorry to hear that. unfortunately, my genetics is pretty much problematic, so I started to lose my hair as well when I was young. when I was only 19 years old. I just can't describe you how this hurts me. it still does. I have heard that biotin for hair growth but I didn't believe in supplements. when I started to believe, my hair was almost gone. so, I started to use it but it seems that it was pretty much late. so, when you notice that you are losing your hair, don't want to see when this will stop - it won't stop. react on time. I know that girls love hairless boys lately, but I have to be honest - I don't like me :)
Hi there,
I have two questions. What is your lifestyle? Smoker, chronic stress/anxiety/sleep patterns/nutrition. Second question, do you have hyperhidrosis?
Sincerely,
A hair loss girl
Hi. Thank you for reply.
I'm not smoker, I have regular sleep (6-7 hours, 8-9 on weekends). Not in the stress or being anxious, as far as I can tell. I'm consuming meat mostly, I'm not fond of vegetables and fruits (although I eat them).
I don't have hyperhidrosis, but I do have rash on my legs when it's too hot and when I'm sweating.
