Hello everyone,
I hope this post will help some of you who suffer from psoriasis like me to at least minimize the severity of the flare-ups, as well as how often they appear. There seems to be the link between candida and psoriasis, like there is between strep and psoriasis. And there is fairy easy way to test this - using any of the natural treatments for candida.
I tried almost all common psoriasis treatment and was practically desperate when I read that candida infection might be causing the psoriasis flare-ups. Candida causes inflammation of the skin on the outside, as well as the inside. It takes some time to completely get rid of candida if you have it and to build your immune system again so that candida can't overgrow, but after years of red and flaky skin, this provies at least some hope for treatment.
