for the past month every day i wake up my head has hurt to the point where i'm nauseous. ive also had a sore throat and lightheadedness to the point where if i turn my head or move too quickly i want to black out.
its not migraines because i have migraine pills and those dont do anything.
the throatpain comes and goes as well.
