The doctors cant diagnose it yet because they have tried looking if i had a gall stone with an ultra sound
also they have pot me on antacids and they dont help. And have also tried putting me on these other pills
They have shown no relief.
it's annoying because it has been going on for about 2 months now and has been constant from when i wake up to go to sleep.
it has felt better sometimes but is never fully gone.
Exercise helps and takes your mind of the pain. I have nausea pains in three different spots and body aches.
They have taken my blood test and it seems to be no viruses.
I also have throbbing pain in the stomach. need some advice because cannot diagnose it and am really scared.

I am a 27 year old Male and have been having these issues since my senior year in college (about 4 yrs now). It started with constant diarrhea every time I would eat. I went to my doctor at home and she mentioned that is most likely due to my stomach producing too much acid. I was prescribed Nexium and it worked great. I was then able to stop taking it and everything was normal. About a year later I ended up getting a hernia that I had surgery for. (fast forward about 2 [maybe 3] yrs) for the past 4-5 months periodically I would start to eat a meal and then either 1/4 of the way in or halfway through, I would get a very sick nausea feeling and an air bubble in my throat (I too would feel like I had to throw up but I could not, all that would happen is dry heaving). About a month ago I also came down with a viral infection (hit me hard) where I was constantly throwing up and had diarrhea(so bad that I went to the ER) they gave me fluids and something for the nausea and sent me home. Ever since that visit, it has just gotten worse (side note: since then, I stopped drinking coffee, coke, or anything with high amounts of caffeine... so mainly I have been drinking water). Now it happens more frequently and it is starting to ruin anything I do with friends, family, wife, etc... I am currently on 40mg Omeprazole and it doesn't seem to be helping. When I get this feeling, my throat will make constant noises (like a low rumbling noise... does this happen to anyone else?). I have a GI appoint this upcoming Friday where we will be setting up an Endoscopy Appointment. My doctor has narrowed mine down to either of the following:

I too have the blood taste if you will from my stomach, bad bloating, BM and bloody BM, I was told I have IBS or IBD or both...... I've been with this for 19 years. I do not drink, do not smoke, nor ever used drugs. Docs are thinking it may be parasitic, but it's all wild goose chase, the only thing I get from doctors is a large doctor bill, I'm at a lost.

I am 24 years old and a childless. I drink rarely and smoke regularly. I have had unprotected sex 3 times since late november, the last time around January 1st. I to am suffering from all of these same general symptoms. My pain after I eat is on the right side below my rib cage, occasionally randomly throughout the day my right side will ache, kind of like a pin prick feeling. I have lower abdominal cramping (I thought it was period cramps for a while, but they have been going on for 6 days now). My bladder aches as well, and when I push on it, i can feel a twinge in my kidney's. I recently went to the doctor where they diagnosed me with a kidney infection and gave me antibiotics (Bactrim) I have completed 5.5 days of 10 and the pain has remained the same. I did have a pain the day I went to the doctor, actually the reason that I finally went, that scared me into think that I was having an attack of apendisitis. I did a UA test while I was at the doctor and they found bilirubin in my urine, if you know anything about anatomy and physiology, that could spell problems for your liver (your right side). The next day I went back in to get another UA (YAY) and there wasn't any bilirubin present. I am scared and confused right now. I don't know whether, as a struggling college student, I should spend money on something the doctor told me 'probably not to worry about' or become more in debt and just go and get a full work up.

My appetite is surpressed, unless it is a cheeseburger. That is basically all I have eaten in the last 3 weeks and been able to eat it all. If I don't spend money on the doctor, I will have to spend money on a new wardrobe for my expanding assets. I wondered for a time if I was pregnant, and haven't taken that test yet. I don't know if I really want to know, but I would hope that a pregnancy wouldn't feel like this in its early stages. Just saying, because if it did people wouldn't do it ever!!!

Not a doctor here, but my wife had similar symptoms and it was a umbilical hernia.

I know your feeling I have had the same issue where I am heavily bloated daily and very sore . Lower back pain especially right side and very painful to pass daily very very sore been told IBS which I don't believe it is and had parasites test bowel test bariums and x rays and all clear yet symptoms get worse - it makes me so mad that you try and tell GP what is wrong but get nothing back

it is not related to c section u must see the dr immediately bcs i think u might have gall bladder or severe stomach problem....

I have been suffering from acid reflux for years and I also have a hiatus hernia.I have been on several meds for it, latest Tecta.Lately I have been experiencing the weirdest thing ever. Out of the blue there is a taste that seems to originate at the back of the throat or down from the sinus, like a gas of some kind and it actually makes me sick to my stomach, feel light headed and I get a numbness in my left hand. Anyone who has ever experienced anything like this and has found the cause and cure please reply. Thank you.
