Try magnesium... it's suppose to help muscles relax and overall health improvement. I sprayed magnesium oil on my feet and it stopped twitching/pulsating after awhile. There must be a mineral missing so it's behaving that way. Hope this helps.

Mine was beating for 3 weeks, sometimes fast after eating or drinking coffee.
I tried a few methods recommended through internet research:
1) Sleeping 10-14 hours. It kind of helped, especially after an afternoon nap but didn't keep it away permanently for me.
2) I cut my coffee intake for 3 days in a row. That kind of helped too, but also didn't permanently work.
3) Meditating - consciously relaxing the face muscle when it beats. I think when i was heavily concerntrating/stressed, it felt worse, so i consciously relaxed my face muscles, but this wasn't a permanent solution either.
4) Applying a Heat pack - this didn't help at all.
5) Applying a Cold pack - this was very temporary. Only lasted a few seconds.
6) Vigorous Exercise - Helped the most out of the above. This stopped the beating for up to 4 hours after a good 30min run on the treadmill (non-stop) where i was sweating from my face. But after dinner, i would get the pulse coming back again.
It got to a point where i thought i had to live with it, and then i had a big fight with my significant other, and cried perhaps for 30 min. In the morning, my eyes were a bit puffy.
But it worked! it's been 3 days, and no more beating!!
So if none of the above works, I recommend crying. Hard.
Just thought I'd share, since i was looking for a solution for the entire 3 weeks, and did not find anything that worked. Most websites just recommended sleeping. But i think the exercise was more effective than the sleeping, in opening up that vein and allowing the blood to circulated a bit better.
haha.
Did you ever try the vitamin B? If you did, how did it work?

drop some clear water drops in to eye
keep it in the eye for 2-3 mins,
Increase your water intake :D
Migraines these things can be a factor and cause this for me . It's a way of my body telling me what's going on . I just have to slow down. I regularly get the pulsating some times for 2 weeks straight , right now this is my 3 Rd week . I'm not worried , because I went and got it looked at. PLEASE STOP ✋
You know what? I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 years...as well, as doing medical coding. I had the same twitch last night / earlier today, as I was on the computer -- a lot -- not to mention stress in my life... as I have not been getting a lot of sleep due to there being so much work. Today, I did some manual lymphatic drainage / massage techniques on the area...and the twitch is now gone. You could hunt for some videos on YouTube if you feel drawn. Always important to get checked by a physician first...but just letting you know the massage type work helped.
