hi, im 14 and have quite a big smegma problem, i try to pull my forskin back to clean it but it never seems to go my way =/. also i have a rash on my testicals which i have no idea about. if anyone can help me or give any advice i would be very greatful.
You need to clean your penis daily... retract the foreskin, use warm water on a soft cloth to clean the smegma..Ivory soap would be okay to use on that area, but rinse well. Also make sure you clean it after each time you urinate.
If you are having difficulties retracting your foreskin, try using a soft cloth with warm water and soak your penis and the skin..it will help relax and loosen the area. Then slowly begin to retract it, use more warm water if needed. ALSO a warm bath can help with this process.
