I have had what feels like a side ache when you run on my left side of stomach just under my rib cage for past 2+ years. About 2-3 months ago, that same area had had muscle spasms and the pain is still there. The spasms have even turned into a straight muscle cramp on a couple occasions and that is very uncomfortable. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
