Along with all of the other tests you may get you may also want to get tested for Celiac disease. Most of the people who have it don't know it.
i noticed it when i was 17 im now 32 and still alive, i noticed if i massage my balls until the pain goes away i end up on the toilet with number 2, or more commonly i just fart, but this technique has helped me through many gut aches, i even give em a quick massage wen i goto the toilet even if i dont need to and it usually helps me do my business, so its been 15 years and ive found it a blessing knowing this trick to get rid of a belly ache, if i dont over eat i dont get the pains though, hope this helps, if not see a doctor
Sounds like you have a blood flow issue it could be heart problems or possibly an isolated spot where the blood flow is constricted. Take a bath and if it is at the same level I do recommend swing a specialist it may be epididymis
i have the same thing but 1m 20 years old and have been doing meth and havent eatin in a while and it hurts
I got bloated balls and mama likes them a lot lol
There are two reasonably common causes of the things described here.
First, there's the chance of a hernia. About a quarter of guys over the age of 30 have one. It's not fluid filling your scrotum, but gas from your abdominal cavity, and maybe part of your intestine protruding into there causing pain. The abdomen gets hard when gas builds up, and that could be because of the blockage in the intestine. But the hernia itself, if one exists, might be pretty benign, except that you have all this gas.
So the second common cause is simply gas. Okay, that's a cop-out... there are a lot of causes of gas, and they're bloody hard to figure out. But basically everyone will have something that causes them to be gassy. If the gas is caused by the hernia blocking stuff off, then fixing the hernia (surgery) will fix it all. But if the gas is caused by a developed lactose intolerance or a bad interaction with certain sugars, then eliminating the gas is going to fix everything (without surgery).
Once they've ruled out the easy stuff like lactose intolerance and coeliac, and the dangerous stuff like colitis and Crohn's, they will call it IBS. It's the catch-all "your digestive system just hates you" diagnosis. Anyway, it's best to ask for a referral to a gastroenterologist and get tested for the other stuff, but if you can't afford that or whatever, adopting one of those recommended IBS diets for a couple months won't really cost you anything. You're missing out on catching one of the potentially more serious conditions, but it's really the most likely thing. Don't do the gluten-free c**p unless you're definitely coeliac... and you're almost definitely not. Don't subscribe to the "if it's natural, it's good" philosophy. Low FODMAP is the one with the best statistical evidence for helping some people.
Either way, sinus infections are a side effect of chronic gastric reflux, which is often a result of gas being trapped in the digestive tract. Breathing/chest pains are also classic symptoms of gas. Get a fluttery heart feeling sometimes, maybe mild convulsions in your abdominal muscles? Yeah, that's it. Sore muscles/ligaments/joints, especially in the groin, thighs, knees, and lower back? Yup. The feeling of swollen testicular tubes goes with the pressure being put on the tissue in there.
What it's probably not. Testicular torsion (tangling/twisting of your sperm ducts) is unlikely because if you have that, you KNOW. It's urgent, crippling pain. I don't know much about cancer, but it's rare and causes lumps... you should be examining your testes for changes regularly anyway. Infection... the infected area would be red and hot, and you'd be dead after a year of it.
Hope you get better. It's a long journey to figure this stuff out... but maybe not as long as you think! (Speaking from a lot of experience here.)

I have seen my doctor had blood test & all that found nothing. I am always constipated lots of air & the runs along with hemriods yes that bleed bloated feet. my hands & arms get mum. can't spell so what's up
Please respond with what happened
I have been really bloated and constipated with extremely swollen abdomen feet and legs, for a month. Can't breath if I lay down between 1-4 am (hard to breath anyway with bile making my swollen abdomen collapse my lower lungs and squeeze my heart. I got all rashy on my legs and elbows too. My sac had been swollen for 3 days now as well. Diagnosis is I need to have my gall bladder removed but I can't get anyone to do it until after my insurance kicks in. After 8 more days. I have been working hard (residential contractor) sometimes I almost black out. It seems like saline laxitive helps. But my giant ball sac is freaking me out the worst lol!
