I am 19 and have been sexually active for about 3 years... sometimes I have experienced swelling of the labia and pain around the opening of my vagina after sex but it has usually gone away after an hour or so. However, I had sex 3 days ago and the swelling and pain is still there and is pretty intense...when I urinate it burns, but not like a UTI, more like a stinging like a cut or something...I figure it was probably from a lack of lubrication, but is it normal for the pain to last for so long? is there anything I can do to ease the pain?
i am 18 and having the exact same problem, i'm a little scared my boyfriend says it'll go away but it hasn't. this started happening the first time we had sex. he said it was normal to feel pain so we did it 6 more times i stopped it there cause it got worse the pain came harder! i really don't wanna go see a doctor ill feel uncomfortable i need to know what this is and why its happening... please help...
