hi, i'm a 19 year old male who is sexually active and recently i notice there to be about three really small pimple like bumps right under the head of my penis next to the flab of skin underneath my penis....there is only 2 of them and the look very similar to what you get on your arm or leg when a hair grows funny, it does not hurt, itch or inflammatory
