My fiancée and I are 21 and 22. Her period ended in the morning on January 28. We had unprotected sex about 10 hours later. She is on the pill and I do use condoms, but my dang urges got the better of me and I didn't put a condom on. I didn't ejaculate inside her, I did pull out, but I'm sure come precum did get inside her. Now here it is, the very next Friday and she's been having really sharp lower abdominal pains since Monday, all day everyday. We're paranoid about her being pregnant now. Is it possible for her to be pregnant since she's on the pill, I didn't ejaculate inside her, and her period ended about 10 hours earlier that same day. Thanks for any help. :)

The pill, if she takes it as per directions, is about 99% effective.
It would be early for any symptoms, including cramping, to occur as she is likely just about to ovulate.
The cramping may due to an infection, possibly even a cyst. If they continue she should see her doctor.
