Hey ladies I hope I can find someone who can answer my question, maybe who have had similar experience as me. I have very mild PCOS meaning I don't have all the symptoms of PCOS such as excess hair growth etc only irregular cycles and fertility problems. So my problem is, In the pass I when I was diagnosed with irregular periods I was told to take birth control pills but I really hated it so I stopped using it and decided to try another form of medication a more healthier natural approach, I decided to try vitex capsules as I had heard fantastic stores about it and to my surprise after taking it for a week AF came which I was so happy about, after finishing bottle I decided to take a break and try liquid form of Chastberry extract and I took about 1-2 ml a day, anyway after taking for about a week and a half I experienced a lot of egg white cervical mucus which was excellent, decided this was the day to try for baby so we did, and about a week after I decided to take a rest from vitex and all of sudden I had quite a bit of on and off brown spotting one day the next bright red bleeding and so on until today, its not alot of bleeding only happens when i wipe or it goes a little on my pantyliner but thats it, same goes with brown spotting too. Anyway could this be from the vitex messing up my hormones, I have no cramping or any signs of pains just the bleeding or spotting. I did take pregnancy test however, it was negative but it could just be too early but I am thinking implantation should only last for a few days and not bright red like mine, but hopefully someone can explain what this is, I am far too worried right now, I would go to the docs but it takes forever for an appointment so for now hopefully someone can have an answer to my questions would be great x
