Crystal like formations coming out of pores

I get after eating processed meats...I think it might be nitrite/nitrate related.

Why can't I find any answer of what this is. There's salt coming out of my pores and it seems like at nite it gets worse. My hair is thining out because I'm trying to get the salt out of it. Im covered head to toe with it,also its in my ears.please somebody tell me what's happening to me.

Listen I have done meth. I have also done heroine I'm not on either now but I have glitter like things and glass type stuff bumps that look like black spots in the middle and sometimes I feel like they're bugs or some very active thing living in these bumps. When one comes to what I wish were a head I try to pop it and it alll I get is blood and this weird thick film that sticks to my skin. Or I'll try and try and try to get the glass out and Before I know it I'm distorting my skin. Idk if this is happening bc I have done met or heroine or what but whatever it is it's not good. Sounds like your neighbors in your apartment could have been cooking meth all along and the chemicals had a bad affected you in a serious way. Hopefully you get better.

I quit "tweaking"a couple of years ago,and I'm saying now what I kept insisting on then, and that is that there ARE tiny, some times slivers ,sometimes square glitter making their way out of my pores.Colors vary from red to gold and sometimes green or black.All are shiny.I am in control of all of my thoughts and faculties yet I still repeatedly see these tiny enigmas.Whatever they may be ,they Do Not appear to resemble any salt crystal that I have ever seen.Glitter in form and appearence.
