Crystal like formations coming out of pores

My sister's friend was recently thrown out of rehab, and is back at home, supposedly off Meth for 15 days now.
She went into the hot tub and after getting out began to feel extremely sick.
My sister went over her house, and her friend told her to look at her neck, squeezed it and tiny, oddly shaped salt like crystals were coming out of her pores on her neck and back. According to my sister they are coming out of almost everywhere; especially her feet and neck and she says that the little crystals are all over her friends house floors.
She also got a chemical burn from being in the jacuzzi.
The ER doctor said that being in a jacuzzi, the hot water must have caused a chemical reaction with the meth in her body and that she just has to drink water and exercise to get it all out.
I guess the girl also dealt meth, and would cut it up with salt to make more money, rip people off, they think this could also have something to do with it.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this and what their experience was?
My sister, who is not on drugs, is really concerned and I'm just trying to find more information so I could help them maybe understand a little more because they said the hospital wasn't at all helpful.
They are also 18 years old so if you could imagine, just pretty scared. Thanks!

I never post on things like this but I know my desperation for answers was severe so hopefully it helps someone on here. Please, PLEASE look up Charcot-Leyden Crystals. Over one year dealing with this and just got the answer. It’s been emotionally overwhelming due to the lack of dermatological experience and knowledge with it. Hopefully this helps.

opium comes from poppys similar to to how vegetable oil (probably the only truley healthy thing we consume) is made so yes it comes from the earth and is completely organic just like weed. even heroin when its processed can be made organically. acetic acid is used to turn the opiun into heroin. acetic acid is a natural chemical just like thc and is combined with water to make vinegar. i would also agree that cocaine does also come from the earth. even though harmful chemicals are used to turn the leaf into drugs theres no question wether the coca leaf comes from the earth or not
@guest saying opium isn't from the earth. your wrong. what your thinking of is heroin. opium is the resin from opium poppy, no processing required. all natural, and no different than weed. still addictive though. so YOU get YOUR facts straight and don't come on to forums shovellng out you crap when you don't even know what YOU'RE talking about.

Opium is indeed natural. Raw opium is the milky white latex that oozes from the bulb of the plant when it is sliced.
I have had the same issue since I was a teenager. I have never been on drugs. I was told it could be from too many hot showers/baths and too much salt. though I am not entirely certain. I will be getting another opinion.
How long did it take for you to detox all that if you don't mind me asking.

sounds like you could have eczema or psoriasis, contact dermatitis, a fungal infection in your body or skin, a bacterial infection in skin or blood, kidney problems, a parasite of your skin, ringworm, mites, a flea infestation in your home ( which is possible even if you don't have pets) keratinases, dry skin blocked pores with salty skin in your blocked pores, you could be a having an allergic reaction to something . the list could on and on and on. you should get a new Doctor. :)
I think it's fungus/mold!! This all started when we got window units too! (someone else mentioned). When regular AC broke. Pollen allergy might also contribute to inflammation. It's being pulled in from outside. I think my carpets totally moldy now too.
