so a while ago i noticed this dark spot on my leg right next to my testicles it's itchy and kind of dry spot so i was wondering what could it be i am sexually active does that have anything to do with it? please help me thank you

If you've washed it, and tried some skin moisturizer, and it persists, then you need to make an appointment with a medical clinic or your family doctor.

If the patch has become darker, or irregular in shape, or looks hairy like a mole, and is becoming multi-colored, then you have an urgent condition.
The above symptoms need to be check out immediately by a skin specialist, but you could start with your family doctor.
Again, if it's changing shape or texture, get it checked out immediately. Not to worry you, but those types of changes are warning signs of skin cancer.
