I am running on a regular basis. I like it and managed to include some of my friends in it. I noticed that they are not as hot as I am during the race. I produce so much heat and I am sweating heavily during hot summer days. Can you help me dealing with the heat when running?
Don’t worry. You are perfectly normal. In fact if you produce much heat it means that your “machine” is operating on a normal level. Your metabolism is up and it is normal for a person to heat up when doing some physical activity. During hot summer days most of the people sweat, especially if they are playing football, basketball or run. Drink plenty of fluid.
