on my legs,arms, armpits,on my testes...practiclly every where

Had you been a girl,it(Not having puberty), would have been a problem.Dont worry!I heard that boys grow very much in the age group of 15 to 19..not sure how much this is true..btw,6inches is considered to be an average penis size!Dunno wt u r thinkin!It wont grow 10 or 15inches and all!Having 2inches when not aroused is also very much common!More like,thats how it should be!If you have any more doubts regarding this,consult a doctor!But..you are just over thinking!just concentrate on some other thing..If you keep on thkin too much abt some assumption you have made yourself..I really cant tell!Good luck!:)
