Hello All,

For a couple of months now my stomach has been disentended. I thought I was just fat, but my mom tells me it is disentended.

I try to do crunches and sit-ups, doesn't work. I am eating healthier, doesn't help. I limit how much I eat, doesn't help.

I suck in my stomach and there is still a bit of stomach that sticks out!

Am I fat? How do I loose it? Is it a medical condition, or a food intorlerance?
