That could be a hypothyroidism, but don't take my word for it. You should see a doctor and have that examined.

If anyone gets an answer to their health problems, please share it. I am 16, but this all started when I was about 14 and I started to notice that I was falling behind in all my classes and I felt like I didn't want to get up in the morning and I didn't care about anything. Then I started getting headaches when I had never gotten one before in my life. About 6 months ago I started getting panic attacks at random moments where I would feel like I couldn't breathe like something was constricting my chest. I also started getting dizziness, migraines, neck pain, nausea, fatigue, and a whole bunch of other things. My doctor thought it was just anxiety and depression, so he put me on zoloft for that and cyproheptadine for the headaches. Only after I forgot to take the medicine for one day did we find that being off the medicine makes the symptoms 3 times worse and I didn't think that was even possible. Now I refuse to take the zoloft anymore and I feel better then ever, but the symptoms have sprung up again so they did blood work to see if it was my thyroid or my red blood cell level and they all came back normal. Now my doctor is sending me to a neurologist, so I'll see how that works out. I would really like to stop the pain though and I've even started having severe mood swings and irritability, I almost kicked by brothers door in when he took the power cord to my computer. It's gotten to the point where I was pulled out of school and am now home-schooling because I've been absent so much. Thanks to all who can give me an answer and good luck to those who have the same problem.
I feel your pain everyone, I always get these symptoms but I'm already medically diagnosed with several health problems but I'll try to help as best as I can.
If your doctor is unreliable [and this goes for everyone], then find a new doctor and a new doctors office, it isn't that difficult. The reason some doctors are so easy to say its the 'flu', 'stomach flu', etc is for one, the law is getting tough on doctors and for two some people WANT there to be a problem for whatever reason and refuse to try all other methods before asking for medication. By the way, I'm not accusing anyone so if my post sounds that way, its not meant that way, I'm just trying to help you understand why some doctors under diagnose. :)
Now as for your symptoms [and everyone elses], it could be several things. Now I'm just naming things it could be going off some or all symptoms [I know some of these illnesses/sickness/etc have symptoms some of you don't have but I'm trying to help out everyone, not just some people].
fibromyalgia.
gallbladder issues.
ulcers.
Anxiety. [yep if the Anxiety is severe enough, it could can physical effects]
Panic attack.
Diabetes.
Anemia.
Migraines [for those with headaches and yes migraines could cause other pains over your body]
Food poisoning.
Iron poisoning.
Allergic reaction to something.
Hepatitis. [for those who are sexually active or active in drugs requiring needles]
kidney disease.
Pancreas.
Sinus issues.
Labyrinthitis.
Meningitis.
Medicine reaction, side effect, or overuse of medication [when some people are in pain, they tend to overuse meds]
and so many more options it could be.
Keep in mind, nobody on the internet can diagnose you with anything, you have to see a doctor and it's not like you could go to the doctor and say 'oh someone on the internet said it could be this' but I'm just giving you some ideas of what it could be.

i am 21 years old. i have had the same symptoms which of course got worse when i got pregnant. I have been tested for just as many things as everyone else has been. My husband and myself have had to change everything in my entire diet just for me to have a normal day without all the pain. pain killers do nothing for me and actually make me worse most of the time. i highly suggest looking into exactly what you are eating. i mean exactly. we found out not only can i not eat any kinda of acid foods because i have developed a massive case of acid reflex, along with a hernia and an ulser, but that im also allergic to sodas, gumtose, and a certain red dies. i never had enough money to be able to go and get extensive allergy testing done. so if you have the money do it. also be warned food allergies can change every 6 months. my mother has been going back and forth with being allergic to wheat, and oats. we always know when her food allergies have changed because she starts having horrable head aches, frequently running to the bathroom for any number of reasons, she sleeps forever and still wakes up tired, and her entire body aches. changing your diet doesnt completely fix the crapy feeling and the sick feeling you get. but it does help more than all those stupid medications the doctors keep giving you. all the meds they gave me seemed to make all my symptoms worse, half the time the reactions/ side affects were the very things that the meds were trying to prevent. changing my diet has given me more good days that bad. if your having the same symptoms as my mom or myself, and have been tested for everything in the book like myself, theres not much to loose in changing what you eat compaired to what the drs do to you.
hi there, I had exact same for years. Many many doctors and test, all to no avail! Someone mentioned that artificial sweetners could be the problem. When I examined my diet, I had a diet coke every day, equal in my coffee morning and night and diet yoghurts and sometimes diet jellys too. I cut it all out and within a 2 weeks I was like a new person!! try it!!
I'm 17 years old and I have almost the exact same thing! I will wake up in the morning feeling dizzy/woozy with pressure in my head, then i feel nauseous and it usually goes away around 1-2pm. then it comes back around 5-6pm ish. I had diarrhea and felt like i was going to faint sitting there. i havent been to school for 2 days because i feel awful in the mornings! This has all been during my period so i thought it was just coming from that but now i'm not so sure. I will probably be getting this checked out tomorrow (afternoon hopefully!) and see what they say. I have been looking up my symptoms and stuff like endometriosis and Irritable bowel syndrome keep showing up. My mom had endometriosis and my sister has IBS. Maybe that could be what is making me feel so awful.
Hi. I am 21 years old I was diagnosed with fibromyaglia about a year ago. I had the symptoms of nausea, fatigue, weakness, loss of focus, dizziness, and pain.. everywhere. To the point of literally feeling paralyzed for days. I could not move because I was in so much pain. I couldn't even make a fist to lift a can of coke. All my blood work tests came back negative except for my sed rate. (which is inflammation). I saw a rheumatoid specialist along with a regular doctor and they both said fibromyalgia. I was very upset when they told me this because I thought it was just a answer they threw out there to finally diagnose me after a year of tests. I was even more upset when they told me there was nothing you can do about it. I tried a bunch of depression pills, none of them worked, I went to cognitive therapy, that didn't work. They say the more stressed you are the worse it is. They say fibromyagia is brought on by a traumatic event that happened in your life. Whether its a car physical or emotional. I can't lie, I have gone through that, but it was a very long time ago, and I have honestly completely gotten over it. My question is if this really is the answer, why didn't it show up 7 years ago? And if fibromyalgia is real, then why can they do nothing to make the pain go away? I can't live a normal life, I can't do things a normal 21 yr old should be able to do including work out, or work a full time job. There is no disability for this? Is this really the same things you all are explaining?
I'm 29 and have been battling this since I was 15. I always get a positive result for mon, I have been told I have chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, chemical sensitivity, depression, anxiety, tmj, the flu, many others all while there is no positive3 test for anything other than im a carrier of mono. I am always tired from the time I wake up to the time i go to bed. I nap every chance I get. I am always in pain some where. I feel ill all the time and I shake at random times throughout the day, sometimes worse than others. I have muscle spasms and parts of my body will jump like when you are falling asleep. It makes it difficult to do daily activities, while at work i am constantly trying to find a way to sleep and I try to on my lunch break if i can. My life revolves around when i willl get to lay down next. It just sucks and I have been to a million and one doctors and most of them will say there is nothing wrong, which cant be true because i dont knnow anyone else who constantly feels as bad as i do. I wish there was an answer but im tired of spending money and haing people tell me im fine. I have lost 5 jobs in the past 10 years and several relationships including a marriage. People cant handel someone always feeling bad.
So. Since you all seem to be having the SAME SYMPTOMS with NO RELIEF see a specialist. Period. Go see a doctor that specifies in gastrointerology. Yeah, its another doctor, but it'll be worth it instead of going to the ER over and over again. I am an EMT. Doctors perform on mostly guess work and tests. If your blood tests don't give us any extra information we go on the closest diagnosis we can. We're not perfect. ER doctors are mainly trained in trauma medicine. So things that come through that are nausea cases, ER docs are kind of out of their element. See a specialist or your primary care giver. That's the best advice I can give.
I am currently 20 years old. I've had these same symptoms, fatigue, horrible sinus pressure and drainage, nausea, headaches and dizziness. I can't seem to get rid of it. I also have a come-and-go appetite. I have no idea what to do. I have a swollen gland on the left side of my neck that has been there for almost a year. I've taken two or three series of antibiotics and nothing has made it go away. I'm in college, as well as a journalism major, so I constantly keep a fast-paced, high-stress lifestyle with little sleep and very rare nutritious food. I have no idea what to do to solve the problem. Does anyone have any thoughts?
