I have just had one of these it really scared me and my mum was like it was nothing i thought i was having a heart attack. i really dont know what to do or what it is please give me some advice.
Anxiety attack, cardiac arrhythmia, and thyroid problem can all cause this. See a doctor as soon as possible.
I was told it was a panic attck is there anything to be worrried about?
