I've read a lot of the replies up here and like movie critics I usually see the movie for myself and make my own assessment. I plan on buying the 30 day program and trying it out for myself. I know 2 people personally who've experienced all that the product claims it does. I'm currently 267.5 lbs 40/42 waist. Stay tuned!

We have been on Isagenix now for 7 months. And all we can say is WOW!!!!!!!! It works and the improvements are what we never expected at all. We were told by a natrapath to give it a go or money back! We did and yep they can keep our money as the 1st week was the start of what we needed for our health and wellbeing and yes weight lost. Down 18kg and holding just nicely. My partner about 16kg and his blood pressure tablets are a thing of the past. No more snoring. We can sleep together at long last. aches and pains all gone which tests could not tell me what the problem was. We save money on our food bill now and restaurant bills as eat less.

And yep now we help others and get our products for free! How good is that. I live in Aust and live in the north west so its hot and we all suffer weight gain up here and at 51years of age. I look and feel 21 and 1t 63kg now from 82kg. All I can say is Isagenix is something that saved our health and yep made our lives :) again

I just finished day 7 of a 30 day program.  I started at 229lbs, ended day 7 at 220lbs.  Yes, you are on a VLC diet (less than 1200 cals/day) so it will work.  There's no evidence whatsoever that by losing weight 'slow and steady' it is any easier to keep off the weight long-term than losing weight quickly.  I've lost weight slowly, with diet and exercise, and quickly, and the key is always always always lifestyle and permanent diet changes.  There's no one solution for everyone, and I believe that Isagenix may very well not work for some.  I also believe that a lot of people who do Isagenix don't follow the program to a T. It's very easy to cheat, and it's not so easy to be hungry at midnight when you're trying to sleep.  Get around that, enjoy the feeling of being hungry, and don't cheat and you'll be fine.  Anyone who says they take Isagenix, lose 30 lbs of fat, and were never hungry, is lying.  I know that if I revert back to eating everything in sight, my weight will rebound, as it would with any diet modificiation.  I like Isagenix because it's fast, convenient, and easy to plan around.  Two shakes, one 500 cal meal, repeat, repeat, cleanse day, continue… If you like cooking and have access to loads of health foods and have the time, by all means, try the same low calorie diet and you'll lose the same weight.  The whole 'cleanse the toxins' theory is likely rubbish, but the shakes are good and there's a fair bit of balanced protein and vitamins/minerals in them. What I respect about Isagenix is the fact that they have NO fake chemical sweeteners.  They use sugar and I'm OK with that.  I'm not stupid - I'm losing weight because I'm eating less.  I used Isagenix a few years ago and lost 43 pounds.  I don't have that much to lose now, but I know it helps.  It's up to you to keep the weight off, either on their maintenance program, or by simply eating what your body burns, no more.  Good luck!

Isagenix has GREAT products. They flood your body w nutrition so you don't want junky stuff, and feel great. Highly recommend trying. I am into health products, and these are among my favorites out there for a difference I can feel. The only drawback is they're expensive, but if you can afford it, worth it.

I went on the Isagenix 30 day cleanse. Followed it to the tee. My starting weight was 142 lbs. I did not weigh myself until the month was up. My weight after 30 days was 128. I was happy. Only 1 more lb. to my goal BMI weight I thought. I continued to eat healthy after the cleanse. Today I weighed in at 125. I don't know about loosing 15 lbs in 9 days, but apparently the more you have to lose, the more you will.

If you commit to this program, Isagenix works. I released 7 pounds within the first 8 days of the 30-day program. I have more energy, I have reached my goal weight, I have more muscle tone and I trained and completed a half marathon while using Isagenix products. You don't have to feel hungry or restricted while on Isagenix. Best product I have tried that's out there.

My daughter and I have been on the 30 day program for 6 days.  I really don't feel hungry. I have a shake for breakfast and one for lunch then a nice dinner (ie. salmon with steamed veggies and basmati rice) I've lost 5 lbs and my daughter has lost 6 lbs.  We both work out at the gym because the sole purpose we went on the plan was to shed those pesky 10/15 lbs, get rid of the toxins and improve muscle tone.  So far I'm really pleased with the results.  I don't eat the snack "tablets" (taste like chocolate chalk) My daughter got the vanilla shakes (she's used to drinking protein powder with water for her workouts so she doesn't mind these...I think they taste yucky) I got the chocolate shakes...I'm kind of picky about taste but other than being bland they aren't that bad. I'm 50 years old and when I started this program I was getting a nasty cold but here I am 6 days later...I feel great...cold was so mild it didn't affect my day or even my workout schedule.

I wanted to lose about 15 lbs but I was having trouble doing it with adjusting my diet so I thought I'd try the isagenix. I needed an easy to follow weight loss plan and I found it in this product.  I'll post again at the end of the 30 days with my results. : )

Hi there, I'm a part time Mum who has been overweight for 20+ years. I've tried everything - Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Optifast ... the list goes on. I have never experienced anything like this program. I'm currently on the 30 day cleanse. I'm at day 20 and to date have lost 6.4kg. Yes, shakes replace 2 meals, but you can still have a 400-600 cal. lunch (or switch if you're going out to dinner). I've noticed a massive change in my health in such a short time - clearer skin, healthier gums, etc. I'm also losing cm all over. I've given up alcohol, caffeine and sugar for this 30 day cleanse. It's the kick start I need to a healthier me. There will always be sceptics, but I'm a believer, I'm living it. You pay no more for this program than you would pay for groceries. The only groceries I am buying is fish, chicken, fruit and veg. Other results I can tell you of - my husband - 9.7kg in 30 days, brother-in-law 10kg in 30 days, sister 4.5kg in 14 days. It's up to you. Good luck if you decide to go for it. I have no regrets at all. Oh, there is also a 9 day cleanse which I'm about to do once I finish my 30 days. I assume that's what you're talking about. :) Shelley

When I tried Isagenix for the first time...I did it because I was very unhealthy and overweight, no energy and felt miserable,..I thought also it was too expensive...However, I tried the 30 day program, did the cleansing for 2 days after 5 days of 2 shakes a day....I felt like I never felt in my life...got rid of all my aches and pains...lost 7 pound in the first week, and 5 inches from my waist! That was that did it for me...its been 5 years, i still take my shakes do the cleansing...I am 48 years young, full of energy. Change my live style, I eat organic, lots of fruits and vegetables... and my Isagenix always! I have 3 kids they drink their shake too....it is priceless for me...give your body the opportunity to restore it self with nutrition.

If you start to feel sick like this when on a cleanse, it is s good idea to get a colonic to flush out the toxins that are being released. Or, try some home enemas, though this is more trouble than a colonic most times. This really helps!! I'm not totally sure about Isagenix, but I just started the 30-day cleanse. I've done many other cleanses and have seen people go through these symptoms. Colonics are what's up.

Just out of curiosity...

With all the discipline it takes to stick to something like Isagenix, has anyone ever thought about putting that discipline in to eating right and exercising daily?

Break down the ingredients in any "cleansing system", then go look around your grocery store. You can find all of them in healthy, whole foods that your whole family can eat. Plus, you won't have the energy drop.

This year I started a new job and suffered a back injury that lead me to a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I went from 178 pounds to 196. I wasnt eating right and I wasnt getting the proper amount of exercise. Just for kicks, I started 8 days ago on a healthy diet (from the grocery store) and a five day a week workout plan. I've dropped 11 pounds and 2% body fat. No more money has been invested than what we normally spend a week on groceries.

I am six feet tall and at one point in my life (2009) I weighed in at 238 pounds. It took me about 18 months to get down to 176 pounds and 12% body fat. Discipline people! Quit wasting your money making other people rich!

Hi, I just finished the 30-day cleanse, and I lost 22.3 pounds. As for keeping it off, I'm still fresh out, but I have made major adjustments to my diet. I'm very happy with the product. I've learned a lot about my habits and my body. I'm not going to lie, though. It wasn't easy. The first two days were awful because it was a big adjustment; I had a headache and severe carb cravings. By the time I got through the third day, it was much easier. Like any diet or cleanse, it requires commitment. I like the products so much that I still drink a shake a day, and I love their chocolates (IsaDelights) and meal bars. They're really tasty

I started Isagenix 6 weeks ago and I have effortlessly lost 18.8 pounds. I love it! Just do you research. There are distributors that offer special deals. My team is offering $80 off the Pacesetter pack this week which includes free enrollment. Just check around it never hurts to ask your chiropractor about a deal.

I'm currently blogging my Isagenix journey. I'm only on Day 4. I'm very very sceptical. We'll see :)

I have a family member who sells this product and I see posts and pics of her friends and people she has sold to that have had great success. I have been skeptical because of the cost. Im tired of being fat and not sleeping well. I work out with a home eliptical machine and will lose a couple pounds here and there. Im 65 lbs over weight and need to do something!! I will be trying it in the near future.
