The product is amazing! Yes people keep the weight off! It may seem expensive but when you break it down it is about $3.00 per meal. I have saved so much $ at the grocery store. There is so much scientific study behind the products.  You can not lose weight if you are not putting the right things in your body.

I started using Isagenix back in 2009 - I felt AMAZING!!! And kept on it for 3 years. Then I for some reason went WAY off and stopped using the products and starting eat crappy food and not taking proper care of myself. I think I always thought I would take a break and Isagenix could fix me again cause it was so easy. Well after fighting yo yo diets from the last 2 years I have just started back to Isagenix. I LONG for the feeling of energy, great skin, great hair, energy, weight loss, wearing a sexy swim suit and whatever clothes I wanted. I don't sell Isagenix - I merely use it and I swear by it. It is AMAZING. You have to stick to it and get through the first 2 weeks to really get into a groove and see the amazing results - you feel so healthy & vibrant. Try it. You will love it but you must be dedicated to it and give yourself the results you deserve and want. Good luck :)

Back in 2010, I started the Isagenix 9 day cleanse.  I am not an overweight person, but wanted to feel better about myself and always had trouble sticking to eating healthy and exercising over an extended period of time.  My sister in law lost a ton of weight on Isagenix so I thought I would give it a try.  I loved it and found it very easy to follow, I was super strict and lost 13lbs.  I honestly gained back probably 3 lbs in almost 3 yrs.  I recently quit smoking a few months ago and felt my weight creeping back up there.  So I am trying it for a second time.  I am excited b/c I felt great the first time around.  I would recommend this plan to anyone, I already did to a few family members who were very successful with the 30 day program. Let's hope I am as successful the second time around!

The complete answer is: exercise coupled with Isagenix will lead to maximum results.  Years of fitness, supplement enhancement, and government regulation of what really works ultimately lead me to try Isagenix late last year.  I lost medically induced weight gain over the holidays.   It is very much a top teir product.  Undenatured whey protein.  (Whatever you do, stay away from soy products - bobdy builders have known that for years).

You may purchase retail from your chiropractor, join for wholesale prices as a preferred customer, or become a distributor.  Save your packages because if it doesn't work, you can get your money back.  A gym usually requires a contract & a monthly payment for a period of years.   There are many ways to exercise.  Your level of fitness and self discipline should be considered in making your decision.

Having done it both ways in the past, I'd say Isagenix is your best investment, body weight exercises and aerobics will serve you well for a while.

My experience with Isagenix has been totally positive. I started with the 30-day cleanse and have stayed on some of the products since losing 40 pounds (after 33 on my own then reaching a seemingly insurmountable plateau, for a total of 73 pounds lost). Maintaining is easy with a few products that are not expensive at all compared to other things I've tried. After a week on the program I was able to stop taking steroids I had been taking for years for crohns. I have no idea how or why this worked, and it wasn't my goal, but definitely a wonderful side benefit.

Before you spend the money, do your research. You can't find out what exactly is in Isagenix because the main ingredient is a "proprietary blend" of natural products. I dont know about you, but I've never seen a protein powder tree. It's all processed. Remember that the people who swear by Isagenix make money when people buy it. Do your own research.

The energy powder contains more than 3000% of the amount of folate that your body needs for the day. This affects the sheaths that cover the synapses of nerves. This is why people on Isagenix are cold all the time. Their marketing machine trains them to tell people it's because of all the water and shakes. Look at what you're eating and what it does to your body.

Also, check the nutritional information on  the Isagenix shake and Slim Fast. Slim Fast is better for your body and it is much cheaper. Slim Fast also contains vitamins and minerals, so theres no need for additional products to get those. Isagenix does have slim fast beat in the protein department by a long shot. However, you won't get the bad attitude with Slim Fast.

The problem with a diet like Isagenix is the way it affects your body's chemistry and physiology. It will work for weight loss, NO DOUBT. But so does eating right and exercise. With a diet like this, you slow your metabolism down to a point where you can't stop. The biggest proponents of Isagenix have been on it for years. If you watch the biggest loser and see those people drop 100 pounds in 9 weeks, you'll notice the complete lack of a program like Isagenix. It takes work, there's no easy way out and you just have to deal with that.

I can go on and on about my opinion and qualifications, but when it comes down to it, you have to do what is best for you.

I am on the 30 day Cleasning program and I can tell you it DOES WORK plus it comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. I have been on it for 8days now and have lost 5.5kgs and feel great. the program is not just about lossing weight angelinadavid it is all about body cleansing and nutrition and making better food choices. There are always people out there that will knock it and that is up to them but i say give it a try the first few days are the hardest but stick to it and you will see results. Best of luck

Isagenix reps struggle to build their business because they lack the sufficient skills to market and generate leads. If you want to take your Isagenix business to a new level you want to view the free presentation on the next page as it reveals how I generate on average 35-45 leads per day from using the internet.

Isagenix is fantastic as long as you never go off of it. As soon as you eat regularly the weight packs right back on. Very disappointing. Also your chiropractor is a distributor so he/she will make money off of products that you buy. If you have a lot of money go for it. If not weight watchers works too.

Isagenix is not a quick fix weight loss product, Its to benifit your health inside and out. You need to stick with Isagenix and its a program, a lifestyle change, not just an easy fix for a couple of weeks. Stick with it, drinks lots of water, eat well, exercise regulary and you'll notice the difference. Detoxing and cleansing does make you tired and unwell because its trying to flush out all the heavy metals and bad eating choices and products out of your system. You feel worse but it doesnt take long to feel much better, inproves stress, labido, metablism, skin and overall health.

I signed up with Isagenix back in 2005 and lost over 30 lbs in about 3 months (7 of those in the first 9 days).  As the product is quite expensive I stopped using it.  But I continued to apply the principles to my lifestyle and maintained the weight loss.  That is until I went stupid with food again (sweets in particular) and stopped exercising.  Now, I have lost about 50 lbs in about 8 months not using Isagenix.  I do like the product and if I could afford it I would use it more.  My only gripe is they keep changing their formulas (therefore changing the taste.)  They say it became outdated, but to me, if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Some people on this post have said get you some slimfast and call it day.  When I first stopped using isagenix, I tried other shakes in its place (from trader joe's and wholefoods market) and so did friends and family and I will tell you, it's not the same.  The others are full of sugar and caused weight gain.  If you do try isagenix though, remember one size does not fit all. I would suspect that's one reason people on here have failed on the system.  You can't be an athlete and consume the same few calories as someone who isn't active.  And whatever your activity level, cleanse days are meant to be relaxed days with no exercise.  You also have to consider medical conditions.  My cousin is a diabetic, so on her cleanse days she eats light, maybe a salad and/or some fruit.  But I would also suspect that people who complained about isagenix just don't like to be uncomfortable.  Detoxing and cleansing can be kind of like a junkie coming off drugs.  For years you put c**p in your body and became accustomed and addicted to it and now cold turkey you're not eating that junk and flushing it out of your system at the same time.  If a junkie goes through withdrawal......

It is possible to have success using the isagenix philosophy without buying their systems or anyone elses for that matter.  The gist of it is to cleanse/detox your body of toxins (that come from the air/environment and products we use) and replenish it with nutrients (vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, minerals, protein, etc.).  Exercise regularly (to burn stored fat among other things), drink plenty of water (half your weight in ounces, i.e 100oz if you are 200lbs) and lightly snack in between meals (i.e nuts, fruit).

Breaking down the system/product further, you have cleanse days, shake/soup days, snacks, accelerator (metabolism booster) and a balanced lunch.  I do prefer their cleanse, but you can use detox teas (1day a week or bi-weekly) to aid with elimination of toxins.  Instead of shakes, for breakfast and dinner make smoothies (without added sugar or substitutes) or eat soup.  Remember that the isagenix shakes & soups are about 250-300 calories.  Eat plenty of vegetables (organic if possible) along with lean proteins for your lunch.  On isagenix that would be about 400-600 calories for a meal.  Eat non sugary fruits like green apples and berries and nuts like almonds and walnuts for snacks in between meals.  The accelerator pills they have to boost your metabolism have things in it like green tea, cayenne pepper, apple cider vinegar, etc.  Look up what foods and spices/herbs curb your appetite and boost your metabolism and incorporate them into your recipes and diet.

Overall eat what you need to function, but less than what got you to where you are at. Cut out the sugar and salt and all the stuff you already know is wrong. Remember to adjust caloric intake to your activity level, but I will go further to say that calories aren't really an issue if you get them from the right place (500 calories in vegetables is not the same as 500 calories from cheesecake.)  Like another guest said, health and weightloss is a lifestyle change and it requires work. Even when using products, it still requires an effort from us and a certain level of discomfort. I would just encourage you to be healthy and conscious of what you put in and on your body.  But if you do want a little help and can afford the convenience, Isagenix weightloss system is a good product.  Even though I resent the formula changes, I still recommend it.  I was told by customer service that the Kosher shakes still use the last formula I liked.

If regular eating is how you got fat to begin with, then of course you will pack the weight back on.

I totally agree with you. It's all about not cheating and also getting daily exercise.

NOT TRUE. you should think of the 9 day cleanse as more of a Detox for your body rahter than a weight loss. I am doing it because it is good to detox at least twice a year. The bonus of the 9 day cleanse is that you not only detox but you lose weight. If you don't lose weight that means you have cheated!
