I have a Masters in Nutrition and have been on Isagenix since January. The products are high in nutrients, but honestly for it to work - you have to be honest with yourself and eat healthy on your shake days. The cleanses are for detoxifying and we all need it - even if you think you eat and are healthy. I have done multiple cleanses since January and am not starving and even work out on my cleanse days - and I am a mother of an active 2.5 year old as well - so I know tired when I see it - - and this is not it at all! Nothing is a quick fix - so anyone out there looking to lose a ton of weight in a few weeks - - please, be realistic - - you didn't gain it all in 2 weeks.. it takes hard work and conscious dedication to lose weight and be healthy.
I have been using it for over a month now and lost 5pound and 15 inches . I am also a diabetic and having a hard time controlling it. Is there a diabetic on this program??
I have been on this program for 5 days and I have lost 9 pounds. I plan to do the full 30 days and continue the program thereafter. I will be 52 years old in a couple of months and already I have more energy and feel great. I believe that it is important to eat right and exercise as a lifestyle but Isagenix is giving me the weight loss jumpstart that I need to reach my weight loss and improved health goals. Take advantage of the opportunity to become a consultant to save on the cost of the products. Earn additional income while you lose weight. You will be your own best advertisement - a walking billboard! Good Luck!
Love Isagenix. It's an amazing product. Yes, I'm Consulant, but the reason is because my family and I flourish with all of the great products. I'm going to use these for life! You'll do great on it. You are already asking the right questions. ;-+)
No, but I have done Transform 90 with Ardyss International. It is designed to make you healthy. It's not a diet, it's a new life style. In 90 days, if you stick to it, it will become your new way of eating. So if you are over-weight, you will release weight. If you have high blood pressure, it will normalize it, etc.
I lost 27lbs and plan to lose 60 more. Once I reach my goal I can adjust the system to maintain my goal. If you have any questions, you can call me at

Best wishes,
Chawanda :)
I am ending day 2 of my first cleanse and am down 6 pounds! I just started the 30 day program four days ago and like others have mentioned above, have felt tired, disliked the shakes, and had the tendency to just want to quit. I told myself that I will stick this out though, as the money has been spent and I've got nothing to lose. I really believe if nothing else, this will kick start my weight loss goals whether I stay on this course or choose another : )
Hi, Yes i have been on Isagenix for a month and a half and have found it amazing. I have lost over 10kg and have never felt better. I didn't feel the hunger on the cleanse days due to the amount of nutrients in the cleanse for life product. The most surprising thing to me is that I have been trying to get my body pH less acidic for years without much success. I tested it last week and it is at 7.0 without doing anything other than following the 30 day program. I have to admit to not following it fully either as I still enjoy the odd coffee and a drink or 3...
I also found that as I am replacing a couple of meals on most days that I have actually saved money through the food I am no longer buying or needing to through out.

I personally have lost over 10kg on the program and have never felt better. If you want to contact me about it I am more than happy to give you my experience. I didn't follow the program as thoroughly as I should and still had amazing results. My pH is also now at 7.0 after having tried for years on other programs to make my body less acidic.
It definitely works.

Having lost and kept off 70 pounds for over a year when nothing else worked is based on real results and moderate effort. I have more energy, stamina, mobility, size 8 body and have watched countless family and friends have great success. Those that have medical conditions may not be able to use the products but that is like much food that is served in the grocery store. This company would not be successful and expanding if it was a smoke screen. 11 years and thriving! You have not done any research on the products to make comments about laxative and diuretics as that is not the bases for this program. I do how wish you much good health! Cheers
Working out and Isagenix should not be separate options but conducted in tandem.
I just started using Isagenix (and work out). The upfront cost is high but I will actually end up saving money. I would spend more than that on food (coffee, wine, eating out, groceries) for the month.
I have never been overweight and am not now. However my food choices have become horrible and I feel sluggish and slovenly (my BMI is still 22). After a week on Isagenix I have lost 4.5 lbs, have energy and feel healthy again. My intense food cravings are gone and I almost do not miss my wine (almost!).
I've been on just about every diet there is....from Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, South Beach, Atkins to Pat Robertson's Protein Shake diet. I've lost weight on every one of them. I've also gained the weight back. It's all in the head! One must learn to limit what goes in the mouth whether that be quantity or caloric value. When I first went on WW back in the 1972, they advised people NOT to exercise until they had reached their goal weight. They have totally changed that viewpoint. To lose weight and maintain that loss, one must keep moving. It's taken me a long time to learn that.
I am also making the effort to avoid pre-packaged foods as much as possible. Read the labels on what you're buying. Look at all the preservatives food manufacturers are putting into what you're eating. I came across this website,

, while looking for a recipe. It was fascinating to me because I have battled atrial fibrillation for 7 years. Medicines that treat afib and being worn out from the irregular heart beat (therefore not being able to exercise-that's my experience, not everyone's) led to a major weight gain. I had read of folks who are on a whole foods diet (nothing artificial-nothing from a box, etc.) and no longer experience afib. It wasn't until I started a 21 day Daniel fast (the church I was attended at the time does this every year,) and cut out sugar and artificial stuff that I realized what this stuff does to your body. I could not handle eating beans everyday so we only made it 4 days but we did continue to eliminate processed sugar products from our diet. My afib stopped. Since that time, I have learned how much of and what I can consume that will aggravate my afib.
There is much more to my story, but the main point goes back to my 4th & 5th sentence. I have lost 15 lbs so far in 2013. No, it's not a dramatic loss. But I'm not "dieting," either. I'm being careful with what I eat. I'm walking regularly. (No more running for me-I had spinal stenosis last year with surgery in November and I think my jogging contributed to this.) If it's raining or the pollen is too much for my allergies, I used my Leslie Sansone walking DVD's. When we go out to eat, 98% of the time, depending on what it is we're eating, I will eat half of everything and bring the rest home. We don't use aspertame (it made me dizzy) or splenda (it made my husband break out in a red rash.) I am trying to consume "real" food. And I'm buying more and more organic foods.
There are plenty of "cleanses" available that one can do with real food. You just need to do the research. Read up on the Daniel fast. And definitely go read about what if being put in the foods you're buying. That's why I like the 100 Days of Real Food site. The bottom line: It's all in your head!
(Oh....and I've been in an MLM company and used our weight loss program. It worked, too. I've just learned I like real food better.)
I have open on Isagenix fOr a month and a half and I love it. I don't follow the program to the T because I am not disciplined enough but the results have still been amazing! I've lost 14 pounds since March1 as well as 7 inches off my waist. Once school is out, I plan to follow it more closely and I look forward to getting more amazing results. In terms of price, I live I. nYc so I spend more money eati g out than on this. I just have shakes for breakfast and lunch, an eat something small at home. Try it! All you have to lose is weight!
Wow, there are alot of folks really bashing it and alot really standing behind it. I was totally skeptical and had no intentions of spending money on this BUT my best friend and her hubby started the 30 day cleanse about 24 days ago. Her husband has lost 17lbs so far and she has lost 7lbs - bare in mind she is extremely thin and didnt do the cleanse for weight loss - you cant lose what you dont have. As far as her husband goes, he definitely needed to lose at least 20-25lbs and is taking it for overall health as he has some cholestorol issues.
Now as for me....I am an athlete training for an Ironman and am about 10lbs heavier than i should be and also have the worst sweet tooth ever and eat sweets every day....hence the 10 extra pounds. I want to stabilize my blood sugar and lose weight. Today is my first day of cleanse (technically the 9 day cleanse is an 11 day cleanse as you have two precleanse days). Today i am down 3.5lbs...in no way, shape or form do i believe this is FAT LOSS....this is strictly water loss and always the first 3-5lbs of any strict diet is. However, I dont feel super hungry and no headaches as of yet!!
I would be thrilled if i lost 10lbs but will certainly feel ok with 6lbs.
I think all these programs work differently for everyone based on how strict you are and of course your toxin levels AND how much water you drink. WATER IS A KEY COMPONENT TO ANY WEIGHT LOSS STRATEGY.
Good luck to all : )
I recently stayed overnight with someone who uses Isagenix. As I am interested in fitness and wellbeing I asked him about it. He said that he had being using Isagenix since a little before Christmas and now has a 6 Pack again at 48 years old (he does, I Saw it). He also said he exercises moderately, not excessively. I was shown some info about it and became more and more excited.
There was no "Sell" from this gentleman at all, in fact, when I said I was interested he passed my info on to the person who showed it to him.
I decided to give it a try as there is a full 30 day money back guarantee. So my product turned up last Wednesday 1 May and I started the program on Thursday. I am blogging about it at

and will include upadate including pics, weight, BMI etc.
I had great results with it for the first month. lost 11 lbs. then went back to eating 3 meals of regular food a day because I missed eating my regular food. I eat healthy food so I wasn't eating junk. I gained it all back and then went on to having a shake once in awhile in the morning and now I find I am the hungriest at night so I have a shake once in a while at night and I am back on loosing weight. I am not loosing a lot of weight only about a half a pound to a pound a week. I use it as a part of my life style now. I recommend the first week of the plan and to do it annually or twice a year to cleanse your whole body.
