I recently had unprotected anal sex with someone after a night of drinking.  I'm extremely disappointed in myself and feeling very guilty, mainly because although my partner is fully aware of the sex, they have no idea that it was unprotected, and I fear telling them, for I know this could be the end of us, considering the fact that we've always been very careful and vowed to never participate in this kind of behavior.  And the guilty feeling of even keeping a secret this major from them makes everything that much worse.  In regards to contracting a disease, does the fact that I didn't ejaculate make any difference whatsoever?  I want to go and get tested before we engage in sex but I'm afraid it will arouse suspicion as to why I need to run out and get tested if I UNDOUBTEDLY used a condom?  Also considering the fact that a virus such as HIV probably wont appear on a test for at least 3 months, getting a test right now is basically pointless.  ..... Or is it?  I really don't know what I should do.  Does anyone understand my situation (as idiotic as it sounds) or have any advice?  Please help.
If you didn't ejaculate your partner probably didn't get any diseases, but because of the feces on your penis you might get an infection!

I don't think he's sayin he had sex with his partner and the partner doesn't know he didn't use a condom, I think he's sayin he had sex with another dude and his partner knows he did, he just doesnt know the sex was unprotected....
