Ok guys here is my testimony, I had thyroid cancer in 2011, my thyroid was removed and Ibe been struggling with my weight for the longest, specially since my thyroid was removed. I would lose 5 pounds in a month and gain 10 next week, it was something crazy. I started smoking pot regularly and I found myself getting the munchies but I created routine, I would never eat before smoking because I would always get the munchies after smoking so I decided to smoke after to kill the crave. December of 2015 I was weighting 280lbs, I started smoking pot dialy, I started dropping pounds like flies.... I haven't stopped eating, I never skip my breakfast but I find myself not eating h at night, also not drinking, stopped smoking cigarrerts, and I am not even exercising (which I should) and I still keep dropping pounds as the weeks go by. One thing I've noticed, my bowel movement changed completely, I go #2 at least 2-3 times daily, the smell changed (I know disgusting) but it is the true. My doctor had red flagged me as "pre-diabetic" because my levels were right on the border. Now, I am happy to say that I weight, 216, keep counting, and I am no longer pre-diabetic. I feel great. I don't know what it is but I do believe, based on my personal experience, that smoking pot regularly will help you to boost your metabolism. I smoke daily, 2-3 joints. #peaceandlove

i gained it all back when i got lazy and started eating alot of junk trying to get back into weed again after quitting for about a year . now getting back into shape abit. :P

I been smoking nearly 10 years and cant gain weight the only way i ever did was when i quit for 9 months i put on 20kg so how do u work that out
