Apparently this site has no true evidence to either side of the Topic Lose or Gain of course if you eat more and do less activity you will gain weight Inactivity is just as bad as eating crappy food also The only way proven to lose weight is to Burn more Cals than you take in then you will Lose weight so if you smoke pot and keep active with deliberate activity that burns cals and dont just Chill on a Couch & eat less calories You will get skinny

Well it does give you the munchies so in a sense it could make you put on weight if you eat more because of it, if that's the case then just resist the urge to munch or smoke it around the time you would eat your usual munchies, no evidence it makes you lose weight ether but nicotine makes you loose weight.
