Apparently this site has no true evidence to either side of the Topic Lose or Gain of course if you eat more and do less activity you will gain weight Inactivity is just as bad as eating crappy food also The only way proven to lose weight is to Burn more Cals than you take in then you will Lose weight so if you smoke pot and keep active with deliberate activity that burns cals and dont just Chill on a Couch & eat less calories You will get skinny

Well it does give you the munchies so in a sense it could make you put on weight if you eat more because of it, if that's the case then just resist the urge to munch or smoke it around the time you would eat your usual munchies, no evidence it makes you lose weight ether but nicotine makes you loose weight.

I love this reply. I personally studied myself after I've lost so much weight I looked so malnourished,I immediately knew I had to reevaluate my situation. I drew up the same conclusions myself. Glad to know it's not just me. I quit for awhile too. Highly appreciated.

My doctor said that the only reason you get hungry is that when you're stoned your mind just wants to you to be happy. The easiest way to be happy is eat food. Like I noticed some girls get super turned on when they are stoned. Is being turned on a metabolism thing too? Or a blood sugar thing?

This is facts ⬆️ I smoke 3 times a day. Before I used to smoke weed I was thick. Now I'am petite. I can't eat unless I'm high, and I hate it !!!....I'm gonna quit cause deep down inside I know it's not healthy. Wether or not I eat healthy & smoke it's just not the same as being sober & healthy. If you wanna gain weight STOP smoking period. I plan on to & I encourage everyone else who is a daily smoker to as well. Im not saying I wanna stop

I don't know how it works but eating marijuana edibles once a day in the evening has made me lose weight. I do get the munchies but I don't have much of an appetite during the day. When I do eat , itis only small amounts of nutritional food. No cravings for any type of food anymore.
