u certainly loose weight, unless u have breakfast and u work out which is difficult coz when u r high u are lazy af.. u dont care about anything other than to smoke...so u tend to skip the normal diet plans,.. so if u r skinny avoid ganjaa...

Hey so I have been smoking pit everyday for abt half a year no and I have started noticing I'm not eating like I used to. I can rlly only eat when I'm high. For me I just feel sick if I do or don't eat during the day but once I toke at night I get hungry. I also just got my tongue pierced so I can't rlly eat.

It does elevate your heart right slightly. For me, that could be anywhere from 5BPM-30BPM (30 when I'm really high). An increased heart rate indeed leads to increased metabolic process speed. Smoking weed does increase your metabolism. That is also why you get hungry when you smoke.

I like this post because I've noticed I've lost weight a lot.. so I'm going to try to slow down a lot more and eat more then I do smoke because I'm a everyday smoker type of person and smoke all the time. I definitely need to change my life style
