I personally think like any exercise.. you would have to be masterbating for min of 20 mins at some vigor.. cos you don't burn anything useful until roughly after then.. and then you'd have to keep up the same vigor lmao.. but most prob the balance between keeping test in body and do normal exercise.. would be alot more benafical.. but suppose if people choose to do that but by point real weight loss took place.. you would most prob ware ya penis out.. or curve it.. lmao go to the gym.. and leave masterbating for the odd time.. and blow load in side a lass alot more fun.. :-)

You lose about 2 ounces or so, the weight of your semen.

You do NOT lose testosterone, there is NO testosterone in semen, as one poster said, it's in your brain (and bloodstream), and masturbating does not make you weaker or less of a man.

Though I suppose not masturbating might make you angrier, which SEEMS like there's more testosterone in your system.

Wow... you all got it all wrong.. its ok to masturbate, just don't do it a lot, yes it burns calories and such but it also burns off Zinc and metabolism get decreased, and you need some zinc and other materials in your body to lose weight other wise when you lose weight it becomes a whole lot harder. you should NOT hold off on masturbating no longer than 1 week, and if you do it too much then at least do it once a day and eat right and do a lot of physical exercise to keep your body weight down and build up muscle mass.

i have actually tested this and lost a good amount of weight. i do nothing but sit at home watch tv, barely eat or sleep and masturbate about 8 times a day. its not only like reliving my child hood i went from 275lbs to 245lbs in 3 weeks. thanks masturbation you really work! :-D
