I call vitamin E my fat girl secret. I've been using it since I was a teenager. It tightens my skin and lightens new stretch marks. For old stretch marks it wall make them more flat. But don't buy the kind that's already in oil form. That stuff is garbage and mostly olive oil. Hardly any vitamin E. You have to buy it in pill form and pop them with a needle. Very tedious I know. I pop them and put it in those travel size lotion bottle that you take on a plane. But I promise ladies it's worth the work. I buy the large horse pill type pills cuz it has more of the oil. I'm not going to lie. It's very sticky. I wear a big shirt to bed. If your losing weight ID rub it on your belly and wear a very tight shirt or weist sincher. Only because the compression will help to keep as much oil on as possible for as long as possible. I also take it oraly as well as biotin. I promise if you do this at least every other day as you lose weight or after and especially during pregnancy as prevention you will be amazed.

I know all of our skin is different but how in the hell are these young adults having skin problems. At 25 you have wrinkles at 32 you have sagging skin? Either I'm seriously blessed with good genes or these girls are spending way to much time in the sun.

I started using vitamin E just recently and in the matter of 2 weeks i have seen a considerable amount of difference...the under eye skin is firmer and my pores are less visible..every morning i wake up with a tighter and glowing skin..So can vouch for the fact that it really works!

Does it really tighten our skin? Will it reduce the pore size

So... either everyone who comments on this site talks a lot, makes the same shitty spelling mistakes, and has the same crappy sentence structure type or, more logically, some asshat decided to attempt to validate this post. What a waste of time.

Btw, it’s genetics. You can keep trying, if you can afford it then who gives a f**k. But the science says you’re either screwed or not. If your skin is really that bad, or you care that much, you ought to stop spending all money on these overpriced items, and save up to get an overpriced procedure. At least surgery is actual science. I’ve never needed to do anything for my skin. I smoke. I am sick and dying (that’s not hyperbole I actually am) and my skin is amazing. Never had acne ever. My collagen content is insane. My keratin levels are nuts. My skin is so hydrated it almost repels water. But I was also born with a spinal deformity, was raped, and have a daily beating either physical or verbal. So, when you think about it, your life could be like mine with perfect skin and not one f*****g use for it other than a pretty corpse. There are worse things.

I have a friend whose 83 and her skin looks awesome. I asked her what her secret was and she said Vitamin E. I bought a bottle with the highest content of the vitamin E and I’m trying it now. It is super sticky. It will be worth it though if it works,
