I have a 13 year old dog. It is still very lively and doing pretty well for its age. Today, while I was brushing him, I noticed a lump on his tail. It is quite sizeable, about the size of a cherry or something, perhaps even a bit bigger. I can move it about and it doesn't seem to hurt him. What do you think this is?
I think, if it is able to move around, it might just be a fatty lump and nothing more serious than that. They are quite common in dogs, especially as they age. It could be something more serious though, so you should probably get your dog checked out by a vet. Good luck and I hope that your dig is OK!
