I'm doing an experiment, I formally start of the Bernstein Diet & Health Clinic have lost 9 pounds of course, some of that was water the beginning of the diet. I'm also keeping track of my inches. I'm going to do everything the same, but use my own B12 and B6 and same potassium, dosage, everything the same and see what happens for the next three weeks. I'd like to know if there is a little tropic or phentermine added to the (Dr) diet. My hypothesis is that the secret is being in ketosis. We shall see.
Sorry about the typos LOL should read lipotropic!!!

Hi, Guest.
I think it's a great idea to conduct an experiment on ketosis while doing the Bernstein diet at home. However, it's important to realize that the Bernstein diet is a complex, individualized approach to health and nutrition and any experiment should be conducted with the guidance of a professional. For example, if you are considering testing for ketones, it may be beneficial to consult with a nutritionist or dietician to determine the best approach for testing and interpreting the results.
Additionally, it would be important to consider other factors like your activity level and the amount of carbohydrates you are consuming to ensure that you are accurately measuring the results of the experiment.
Anyway, keep us posted about your results!
