Hey,

So i have done a lot of research and I am still really torn, I am 225 lbs and 5'4. I am well aware I am very over weight, but I just can't seem to get rid of it. I know PCOS does make it harder to loose weight and I have noticed, I have tried going to the gym every day doing 30min of cardio and 30min of light weights ( to tone not build muscle) but the weight just doesn't go away. I also live in a city and bike everywhere i go, atleast 20km a day.I eat fairly healthy, I do go out about once a week to eat but even then I always order chicken ( not fried or deep fried) and vegtables and very rarely get potatoes or fries.

For those who are fimilar or have have PCOS know it can cause in fertility and that is something that breaks my heart, so I want to loose the weight for that reason, and also to boost my self esteem and be more confident. I am also in school to be a nurse, which is a physically demanding job. So me loosing the weight is very important.

I know there is a lot of hate out there for this diet, so please don't leave a comment saying don't do it because the news says this this and this. I would love to hear from people who have actually done the diet.

How hard is it?

What can I eat for meals?

I've read a lot about people eating egg whites for breakfast every day on this diet, what if im allergic to eggs?

How long have you been on it, or off it? Have you gained weight back? Is it still worth it?

Is $160 a week accurate for pricing? Does that include everything but grocerys?
