Early Pregnancy Signs?

I have had two pregnancies over the past 3 years! Since my last pregnacy which ended Mar of 05, my period has not been regular. 28 days was my normal cycle. It has gone from 28 days to 23-27 days. My doctor has told me before not to worry. My concern is that it has NEVER come any early than 23 days. This time, I started having a very light pink mucus like discharge. I am still cramping as if my cycle is coming but so far it has not come. Could this be early signs of pregnacy? I am trying not to read much into this but, this has never happened before!
