I read in magazine that Eat Right 4 Your Type is book, which is focused on person’s blood type that determines proper nutrition. I am type A and I am little overweight- what am I, if following Eat Right 4 Your Type, supposed to eat?

Yes, it quite interesting book- not a waste of time. If you are type A, vegetarian life- style is recommended :9 Hope that fits you :-) Maybe this things are too rigid- I guess what Eat Right 4 Your Type is trying to say- eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.
