Please tell me I have to know this. Is there any l difference between eating before going to sleep or not? Are you more likely to gain weight like that?

Well, it appears that for most of us there's nothing wrong with eating at night. I was told that I should eat after 7 p.m. because anything I put in my mouth will turn to fat. But I guess it is ok as long as the entire day's calorie count is appropriate.
Another thing beside the gain weight there may be health risks associated with eating before you sleep for people who have and/or asthma.

This is interesting question and many will tell you that you will definitely gain weight when you eat before bed. But this doesn’t have to be truth because your weight gain depends on many factors. Do you exercise during a day? Or do you have any kind of sport activities? Your body will only gain weight if you take more calories than you lose it during your daily routines. So in my opinion you won’t gain weight if you eat before bed as long as you lost enough calories during that day. This is important correlation that you have to remember.
How old are you and how much do you weight? Why do you eat before bed?
