I just really hope this helps someone out there. I WENT through the most horrible experience with these bubbles and hand scratching and all that good stuff. I was diagnosed with EVERY possible allergy out there and was told to stay away from this food or that food. Well, NONE WAS IT. The bubbles and that liquid is the toxicity in your body. The first thing you need to do is GET OFF THE TRADITIONAL JUNK FOOD. This is what I did to detoxify my body and it took 2 days for bubble to go away but if you want keep going because it will do mirracles to your body. Every morning I woke up I drank a glass of water with lemons 1 hr before eating. Then I drank a tbsp in water of MSM (mine is Omica kind). My breakfast would be something like a raw veggy shake with beets and other greens. During it I would take 1000 mg of vit c, then probiotic, then vitamin. After this I would drink organic green tea (mine was with jasmine). Throughout the day I would be drinking LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER THE LEMON. Lunch would be a salad or green shake. You must eat lots of greens and salads. I also drank a tablespoon of green powder per day, organic. As far as vitamins go, I took vit E (organic), vit C very high dose, cq12, then my drinks. All these get rid of toxic things. I ate a serving of meat per day because protene is important and added spices like oregano and garlic to it as they cleanse you as well. My third day I felt better so i ate brown rice that i soaked for 24 hours and i drank raw goat dairy. I was fine. My hand is just healing now but I am still drinking and taking all the supplements. My third day I am having salad for lunch with organic lettuce and grass fed beef (taco style), no dairy. For diner i am having carrot soup with ginger with a broth I was making for the last 48 hours. I would really suggest you guys to look into the GAPS diet or atleast PALEO. A great book to have is nourishing traditions, it will teach you SOOOOO MUCH! Anyway, i really hope this helps someone. I was looking for a cure for this for a LOONNGGG time it is NOT what anyone will tell you. The issue is internal, your gut and the junk we always eat.
This is my second time bubbles came back because I have been going out alot in the last month and eating the bad food. My first time having this was a year ago, I was in tears because i had major sores on my hands yet they kept itching. I DID THE SAME THING then, although I did eat lots and lots of rasberries and that helped me ALOT. But this time, I just did what i described above and day 3, everything is gone. Keep doing this, keep going, this is real. Don't give up if your bubbles don't go away on day 3. They will.
(Bit of background) When I was a baby I had terrible allergies but managed to grow out of most them, only leaving me with occasionnal eczema- either random flare-ups or fortnightly spells but it was mostly manageable.
I then went to uni, and oh my, eczema like never before plauged me. To this day I still don't quite know what it was- having grown out of my allergies I had been eating what one can only call a "normal" diet at home- eggs, dairy, wheat, gluten etc with no problems.
However at uni, sticking to the same diet, I soon developed it on arms and legs (which was somewhat usual) but then also on my chest, back, upper arms and shoulders, neck, face, feet and hands. According to my mother, it was actually worse than when I had been a baby.
The normal treatment, such as topical steroids, specialist shower gels, extensive moisturisation etc just did not seem to work. Obviously at this point I was rather fed up!
So in the end, I went back to basics- my mum told me what affected me as a baby and together we drew up meal plans which would avoid these altogether.
So to cut a long story short- I switched to a completely no dairy diet- changed to soya products where possible and if not, cut it out. When I need my chocolate fix (because we all need it occasionally) I make sure it is only a small bit and that it is dark chocolate only. I avoid eggs completely and have also completely cut out cheese. (No cheese is also amazing for weight loss)
Hope this helps- go back to basics and try and figure out where it started :)
Having it on your hands is horrible because it is impossible to do anything and protect them properly but hopefully you can find a way.
If all else fails, my dad went to the doctors with a similar skin condition, and he actually had UV light treatment on his hands and feet and now there's not even any scarring :)
But fingers crossed!!
